Simon Claus

Simon Claus joined TS33 in January 2025 as Head of Construction. With a background in Real Estate Management and extensive experience in retail real estate, he brings deep expertise in managing complex construction projects.

After initial work experience at De Boer & Partners, Simon joined ALDI in 2019, where he held key positions within the real estate and construction department for five years. As Project Manager Real Estate, he managed all (re)construction projects and facility management within the province of Antwerp. In 2022, he advanced to Manager Construction, where he became responsible for ALDI's entire project development in the provinces of Antwerp and Limburg - from permit to operation. All tenders, awards and collaborations with construction partners and architects went through him.

At TS33, Simon is responsible for the entire construction process. He monitors the quality, sustainability and cost efficiency of each project from the permit process to completion. Thanks to his experience with large-scale retail developments, he is ideally placed to steer TS33's ambitious projects in the right direction.
