Thomas Schreurs

Thomas Schreurs graduated as a commercial engineer in 2006. Until 2010, he worked at PwC as a Financial Auditor. Afterwards, Thomas held various positions at ALDI. Until 2013, as District Manager, he was responsible for the personnel and sales organisation of 7 shops.
Until 2021, as Manager Real Estate and Expansion, he was responsible for optimising the shop network in Belgian Limburg. During that period, he managed all facets of retail real estate (market research, acquisition, development, tenders, site coordination/delivery, facility, property and sales) and realised 29 new-build projects.
Until 2024, as Expansion Director, together with 11 Expansion Managers, Thomas was responsible for the expansion strategy and its roll-out in Belgium and GH Luxembourg ranging from market research to obtaining permits.
From May 2024, Thomas became COO of TS33 where he uses his vast source of experience to seek, evaluate, licence and open projects.
